Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
Cashback refunds are only eligible 7 days after purchase.
We accept returns for exchange 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Please note that we will only accept returns on items within 30 calendar days of purchase which are in the original seal and packaging and that we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. To make a return, please email Support@vapeshop.co.za to request a RMA#. Include a copy of the original receipt along with the product in a secured shipping package. No returns will be issued without a RMA#.
Terms and Condition's Are:
-without showing signs of wear or damage in anyway for example Damage to USB ports.
-within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
-must not be a special order or a custom order
-We do not return or refund atomizers/coils or tank/clearomizers for hygiene reasons.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Returns are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be returned or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipment charges unless otherwise stated when the RMA is issued.
We encourage shipping returns with tracking as we are not responsible for returned items that become damaged or lost in transit.
