VapeShop Return's Policy 

Requirments for all returns

- Unit ( No Scratches or Signs of User damage)

- Original Box and Sleave

- Sales invoice from VapeShop or a customer account with sales history. 

- 7 Day Exchange - if the product is still sealed and unused (No Cash Back) 

- 90 day Factory fault. (No Cash Back)

- Eliquids & Herbal Vaporizers are considered consumables and therefore will not be eligible at any point after purchase for exchange or factory fault. 


- Please bring your product into your nearest branch following the above requirements. 

Online Purchases

- Please note you will have to deliver products back to us at your own cost, if the product does meet the above requirements we will compensate you in means of a store credit and free delivery for your exchange. 

- If you require a refund for a product that was already delivered to your door we will request that you send the products back to us first to ensure the condition of the unit.
