Delivery Information

LOCKDOWN DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We will only be dispatching CBD products during this period (27th March - 16th April 2020). We would prefer for you to order your CBD products on our CBD website (cbdshop.co.za). If you have already placed an order containing CBD products on our Vapeshop website, please contact support@vapeshop.co.za to ensure we can dispatch your order. 

- Delivery is between 24-48 hours during this period due to the limited delivery drivers.

- According to lockdown regulations of essential products, all orders containing vape products will only be dispatched after the lockdown.

COST OF DELIVERY

- Our Standard Shipping Rate is R80 per delivery nationwide, with an exception for rural areas.

- Rural area deliveries; you may be contacted for a requote on your delivery charges.

- Free deliveries; this is only around city centers and not inclusive of outlying areas (your order must be R500+).


HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

- Once your order has been placed you will receive an email notification.

- If you have paid with Credit Card, your order comes through immediately. If you choose to pay via EFT, it is IMPERATIVE that you send your proof of payment through to us, otherwise, your order will not be processed without this proof.

- We then package your order. Please note that sometimes you will receive more than one parcel and more than one tracking number. This will all be stated in a 'shipped' email notification.

- Once our couriers have collected your parcel, we will send through the 'shipped' email notification, with the courier company and your tracking number for quick tracking.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

- Vapeshop uses multiple courier services to optimize the speed of delivery. We use Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy

- Should you place your order before 15h00. You can expect delivery within 24hours (this excludes outlying areas, rural areas, farms, and plots).

- Should you place your order after 15h00, your order will only be dispatched the following day.

- We do not deliver on weekends unless you are willing to pay the courier surcharge. Surcharges start from R450 using The Courier Guy.

- All orders placed on the weekends will be dispatched on Monday.

Please understand that Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy are third-party courier services. Should there be any unforeseen delays on their side or on certain routes  (accidents, traffic, striking, and hijacks), we will notify the recipient. Vapeshop will take these situations under control and keep the recipient informed at all times.

- Should you have any queries on the events happening on your tracking number or a delay on your order, please contact online@vapeshop.co.za or call +27 87 250 2333. Please use your order ID as a reference when you do so.


1FETCH

- 1Fetch offers a 90 minutes delivery service once your parcel is collected from our stores. Please note that this is ONLY if you live within the city suburbs.

- The delivery fee is variable and is calculated based on your location.

- Should you be interested, please contact online@vapeshop.co.za or +27 87 250 2333. Alternatively, leave a customer note on your order and we will contact you.

- This delivery fee will be extra charges and you will be required to send proof of payment once you have paid the delivery fee for your location.

- The ideal time to use 1Fetch is before 15h00.

- Third-party guidelines apply.


POSTNET TO POSTNET

- You may request to send your order via Postnet. You will need to state in your customer note which Postnet you would like your parcel to be delivered to.

- The delivery fee is R99 and should be paid extra on top of your total order.

- Please note it will take 1 day to prepare your order as not all of our locations have a Postnet within the center and we will need to make sure your order is within a store where a Postnet is available. This is only if we have packed your order in a store where a Postnet is not available.

Postnet to Postnet takes between 3-4 working days (stated in all Postnet outlets)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DHL)

- It is important to ensure that vape products and ejuice are legal in your country. Vapeshop will not be liable for any custom rejections.
